When I was ten, I enjoyed summer camp, one filled with connection, laughter, and the joy of being immersed in nature. That memory has stayed with me and now serves as the heart and inspiration behind these weekend retreats.
Earth Goddess Rising offer women that same sense of wonder and belonging infused with nature, spiritual exploration, and intentional community.
Through guided meditation, movement, nature connection, ceremony, and sisterhood, we create space for both grounding and expansion.
In addition to my spiritual training, I am certified in CPR, Basic Life Support, and Advanced Cardio Life Support through the American Heart Association.
