EGR-INTL Travel & Retreat Policy

Earth Goddess Rising offers eco-conscious retreats and boutique travel experiences rooted in connection, cultural respect, and personal transformation.

By booking a retreat or tour, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive group environment.

Respect & Kindness: All participants must treat others with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Concerns should be reported directly to the facilitator.
Group Participation: Retreats are shared experiences. Participants are expected to attend scheduled group activities with openness and respect.
Health & Readiness: Participants must be in reasonably good health and able to participate in light to moderate physical activity such as walking or hiking. Please refrain from attending if experiencing contagious illness.
Travel Insurance: International travel requires valid travel insurance prior to departure. Domestic travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Substance Abuse Policy:

Substance Abuse & Alcohol Policy — Retreats
Earth Goddess Rising retreats are designed as intentional, restorative, and community-centered experiences. We reserve the right to address any behavior that disrupts the integrity, safety, or shared experience of the group, including excessive intoxication or conduct that negatively impacts other participants.

Substance Abuse & Alcohol Policy — Tours
Our tours are immersive travel experiences that include both guided group time and independent exploration. Illegal substances, unless prescribed for medical reasons are strictly prohibited at all times. Alcohol may be available during certain meals or personal free time, depending on location and local customs. Participants are expected to consume responsibly and in a manner that respects group dynamics and safety.

**Earth Goddess Rising does not promote excessive alcohol use or intoxication during group travel activities. Participants are responsible for ensuring their behavior does not negatively impact the experience of others or the flow of the itinerary.

Safety & Awareness: When exploring outside of retreat activities, participants are encouraged to travel with a buddy and communicate their whereabouts.
Personal Hygiene / & Scent Awareness: Please practice basic hygiene and be mindful of shared spaces. Strong fragrances may be limited out of respect for sensitivities within the group.
Medical Disclaimer: Facilitators are not medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Participants are responsible for consulting a healthcare provider before engaging in physical activities and disclosing any health related issues prior to departure.

Payment/ Cancellations PoLicy

All bookings are subject to the terms below

Retreat Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable, we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

If a participant chooses to cancel:

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a credit only, which may then be applied towards a future event of equal or lesser value
Credits are issued at the discretion of Earth Goddess Rising and are intended to support future participation within the community.
Any credits rendered to the participant is valid for up to 12 months from the issuance date.
Cancellations made less than 30 days from the scheduled event are not eligible for credit or a transfer due to (prepaid) non-recoverable supplier costs. In this case, we recommend getting Travel insurance.

International Tours & Other Travel Packages

Due to the non-refundable nature regarding

accommodations, transport, and third-party vendors:

All payments are final
If unable to attend, with a 30 day written notice, your ticket is transferable with event organizer's approval
No refunds or future credits available.

Organizer Cancellations:

if Earth Goddess Rising (EGR-INTL), must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, global disruptions, or logistical issues, participants will receive:

A full credit, provided EGR-INTL is reimbursed for pre-paid fees from the suppliers.
Credit may be used towards future events of equal or lesser value
Credits may be used within 12 months from issuance date

We are not responsible for personal travel expenses such as flights, hotels, insurance, or missed wages. We recommend Travel insurance.
