EGR INTL Earthwise Partners Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 14, 2026
Earthwise is the partnership and referral program of Earth Goddess Rising (EGR INTL), created to connect our travelers and community with others who share an appreciation for sustainable travel, earth-friendly practices, cultural exploration, creativity, and meaningful experiences.
These Terms & Conditions explain how the Earthwise Partnership Program works, how referral bonuses are earned, and the responsibilities of everyone who participates.
By participating in the Earthwise Partnership Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Automatic Earthwise Partnership Eligibility
Every customer who registers for an eligible Earth Goddess Rising tour, retreat, gathering, or event and pays the required deposit is automatically eligible to participate in the Earthwise Partnership Program.
No separate application or approval is required for customers who meet these requirements.
Once the required deposit has been received, the customer may receive their personal Earthwise referral link or referral code and may begin referring new customers to eligible Earth Goddess Rising events.
By receiving and using an Earthwise referral link or code, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Earth Goddess Rising reserves the right to determine which tours, retreats, gatherings, and events are eligible for Earthwise referrals and referral bonuses.
Participation in Earthwise is a benefit of qualifying customer participation in an eligible EGR event. It does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, franchise, or legal partnership relationship between the participant and Earth Goddess Rising.
2. Becoming an Earthwise Partner
A qualifying customer becomes an Earthwise Partner when:

They register for an eligible Earth Goddess Rising event; and
-
They pay the required deposit for to reserve their space at an event.
Earthwise Partners may share their personal referral link or referral code with friends, family, colleagues, social-media audiences, organizations, or other prospective travelers.
Partners are responsible for making truthful and accurate statements about Earth Goddess Rising and its events.
3. Earthwise Referral Bonus
Earthwise Partners may earn a referral bonus equal to 5% of the qualifying customer's eligible tour or event purchase, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
The referral bonus is intended to reward Partners for bringing new customers to Earth Goddess Rising.
The 5% bonus is earned in two stages:

2.5% when the referred customer pays their required initial deposit.

2.5% when the referred customer completes their required final payment.
Example
If a qualifying tour costs $5,800:
-
Total potential referral bonus: $290
-
First 2.5% payment after 90 days of guest's registration: $145 when the deposit is paid
-
Remaining 2.5% payment: $145 when final payment is completed (payments are made quarterly)
The referral bonus is calculated on the eligible tour or event amount as defined by Earth Goddess Rising.
4. Two Ways to Use the Referral Bonus
Earthwise Partners have two options for their earned referral bonus.
Option 1: Receive the Referral Bonus as Payment
The Partner may choose to receive their earned 5% referral bonus as monetary payment according to the payment schedule established by Earth Goddess Rising.
Option 2: Apply the Referral Bonus Toward Your Booked Tour/Event
The Partner may instead choose to apply their earned referral bonus toward their tour or event registration.
The customer credit is not redeemable for cash and remains subject to the terms, payment requirements, cancellation policies, and other conditions applicable to that event.
6. Selecting a Bonus Option
Earthwise Partners may select how they wish to use their referral bonus according to the procedures established by Earth Goddess Rising.
Partners should make their selection before the applicable bonus is processed.
Once a bonus has been paid or applied as a customer credit, the transaction may not be reversed except at the discretion of Earth Goddess Rising.
Earth Goddess Rising may establish reasonable deadlines for selecting a bonus option.
7. Qualifying Referrals
A referral qualifies when:

The prospective customer is a new customer to the applicable EGR event;

The customer registers through the Partner's unique referral link or properly enters the Partner's referral code;

The registration is for an eligible Earth Goddess Rising event;
-
The required deposit is successfully received; and
-
The registration is not subsequently cancelled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise invalidated.
A Partner must have a genuine role in referring the new customer.
Earth Goddess Rising may determine, in good faith, whether a referral qualifies for a bonus.
8. Referral Tracking
Earth Goddess Rising may use referral links, referral codes, registration records, or other reasonable tracking methods to identify qualifying referrals.
Partners are responsible for using their assigned referral link or code correctly.
If a prospective customer registers without using the Partner's referral link or code, Earth Goddess Rising will not know to attribute the referral to that Partner, therefore the fee is forfeited. This step is the most important one in order to get the referral bonus. We do not have time to go back and back-track for every customer that fails to remember to use the referral code upon registering for an event. This is where we ask our partners to make it very clear up front, the importance of using your tracking code for each participant that signs up under your referral.
9. Self-Referrals
Partners may not use their own referral link or referral code to earn a bonus on their own purchase.
A Partner may not create or manipulate registrations for the purpose of generating referral bonuses without a genuine third-party customer relationship.
10. Cancellations, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Referral bonuses are based on completed qualifying transactions. The first payment will be paid after 90 days of registration.
If a referred customer cancels their registration, receives a refund, initiates a chargeback, fails to complete required payments, or otherwise becomes ineligible, any related referral bonus may be reduced, reversed, withheld, or adjusted.
If a bonus has already been paid and the underlying transaction is later refunded or charged back, Earth Goddess Rising may deduct the corresponding amount from future referral bonuses or request repayment when appropriate.
If a customer credit has already been applied and the customer's registration is later cancelled or refunded, the corresponding credit may be cancelled or adjusted.
Because Earth Goddess Rising may have non-refundable supplier commitments, customer cancellations remain subject to the cancellation and refund policies applicable to the specific event.
11. Registration Transfers
If a referred customer transfers their registration to another eligible person, Earth Goddess Rising will determine whether the original referral remains eligible.
Referral bonuses are not automatically transferable between customers or registrations.
Any transfer of a referral bonus or customer credit must be approved by Earth Goddess Rising at the registered customer's written request (via email). Please make sure we received the email.
12. Referral Bonus Payment Schedule
Referral bonuses are earned in two stages.
First payment: 2.5% after the referred customer's qualifying initial deposit has been successfully received. Payments are done in quarterly increments (90 days).
Second payment: 2.5% after the referred customer's qualifying final payment has been successfully received.
Earth Goddess Rising may establish reasonable processing schedules for issuing monetary referral payments.
No referral bonus is considered earned until the applicable qualifying payment has been successfully received and is no longer subject to reversal.
13. Promotional Standards
Earthwise Partners agree to represent Earth Goddess Rising honestly and responsibly.
Partners may not:

Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about EGR or its events;

Promise discounts, refunds, upgrades, or special treatment that EGR has not authorized;

Misrepresent the price or terms of an event;
-
Claim to be an employee, agent, owner, or official representative of Earth Goddess Rising;
-
Engage in spam or deceptive marketing practices;
-
Use misleading advertising designed to make a referral appear to come directly from Earth Goddess Rising;
-
Make guarantees regarding travel experiences, accommodations, weather, wildlife, transportation, or other circumstances outside EGR's control.
Partners should direct prospective customers to official Earth Goddess Rising information whenever possible.
14. Social Media and Content
Partners are welcome to share their experiences with Earth Goddess Rising and promote eligible events through social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, personal networks, and other appropriate channels.
Partners may use approved Earth Goddess Rising promotional materials when provided.
Partners may not alter official logos, trademarks, promotional graphics, or other branded materials in a way that creates confusion about their source.
Partners must clearly represent their relationship with Earth Goddess Rising when necessary and may not present themselves as an employee or official spokesperson unless specifically authorized.
15. Earthwise Values
Earthwise exists not simply as a referral program, but as an extension of the values at the heart of Earth Goddess Rising.
Partners are encouraged to support:

Sustainable and responsible travel
-
Respect for local communities and cultures
-
Environmental stewardship
-
Preservation of natural and sacred places
-
Ethical tourism practices
-
Cultural curiosity and respect
-
Meaningful connection rather than extractive tourism
-
Creativity, learning, and community
-
Businesses and organizations working toward healthier relationships with the Earth
Earthwise Partners are encouraged to share these values when promoting Earth Goddess Rising.
16. Use of Earth Goddess Rising Intellectual Property
Earth Goddess Rising retains all rights to its business name, logos, trademarks, written materials, photographs, graphics, website content, promotional materials, and other intellectual property.
Participation in Earthwise does not grant a Partner ownership of any EGR intellectual property.
Partners may use approved EGR materials solely for legitimate Earthwise promotional purposes.
Earth Goddess Rising may require a Partner to stop using any EGR materials at any time.
17. Conflicts and Competing Promotions
Partners may promote other travel companies, businesses, organizations, or causes.
However, Partners may not use Earth Goddess Rising's name, materials, customer information, or referral system to promote competing offers in a deceptive or misleading manner.
Partners should not represent another company's event as an Earth Goddess Rising event or suggest that EGR endorses a third-party product, service, or organization without authorization.
18. Changes to Events and Programs
Earth Goddess Rising reserves the right to change, postpone, modify, combine, or cancel tours, retreats, gatherings, or other events when circumstances require.
Such circumstances may include weather, transportation issues, supplier changes, safety concerns, government restrictions, natural disasters, insufficient registration, or other conditions beyond EGR's reasonable control.
Changes to an event do not automatically invalidate a properly earned referral bonus, although Earth Goddess Rising may make reasonable adjustments when the underlying customer transaction changes substantially.
Earth Goddess Rising may also modify the Earthwise Partnership Program, including eligible events, bonus percentages, payment procedures, or promotional requirements, subject to applicable law.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate referral bonuses that have already been fully earned unless necessary because of fraud, cancellation, chargeback, or another invalidating circumstance.
19. Termination of Earthwise Participation
Earth Goddess Rising may suspend or terminate an individual's participation in Earthwise if the Partner:

Violates these Terms & Conditions;

Engages in fraudulent or deceptive referral activity;
-
Misrepresents Earth Goddess Rising;
-
Uses EGR intellectual property without authorization;
-
Engages in abusive, unlawful, or harmful promotional practices; or
-
Attempts to manipulate the referral system.
Upon termination, any unpaid referral bonuses that were properly earned before termination will be reviewed and may be paid unless they are associated with an invalid, cancelled, fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified transaction.
Earth Goddess Rising may immediately terminate access to referral links or codes when necessary to protect the integrity of the program.
20. Independent Contractor Relationship
Earthwise Partners participate as independent referral partners.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions creates an employer-employee relationship, agency relationship, franchise, joint venture, or legal partnership between Earth Goddess Rising and an Earthwise Partner.
Partners are responsible for determining how and when they promote Earth Goddess Rising, subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
Partners do not have authority to enter contracts, make commitments, incur obligations, or make representations on behalf of Earth Goddess Rising.
21. Taxes and Reporting
Earthwise Partners are responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes that may apply to referral payments or other compensation they receive through the program.
Earth Goddess Rising may collect information and issue tax forms or other reporting documents when required by applicable law.
Partners are responsible for maintaining their own records and obtaining professional tax advice when appropriate.
22. No Guarantee of Earnings
Participation in Earthwise does not guarantee that a Partner will earn referral bonuses.
Earnings depend on successful referrals and qualifying customer transactions.
Earth Goddess Rising makes no representation or guarantee regarding the amount of income a Partner may earn through the program.
23. Program Integrity
Earth Goddess Rising reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, abusive, or improper activity involving the Earthwise Partnership Program.
Examples may include:

Artificially generated registrations
-
Duplicate or fraudulent accounts
-
False identities
-
Self-referrals
-
Manipulation of referral links or codes
-
Misleading advertising
-
Unauthorized discounts
-
Attempts to circumvent program rules
Earth Goddess Rising may withhold or reverse bonuses associated with activity determined to violate these Terms & Conditions.
24. Amendments
Earth Goddess Rising may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated Terms & Conditions may apply to future referrals and future participation in the Earthwise Partnership Program.
Continued participation in Earthwise after updated Terms & Conditions become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Partner Acknowledgment
By participating in the Earthwise Partnership Program, I acknowledge that:

I have registered for an eligible Earth Goddess Rising event and paid the required deposit.

I understand that my participation in Earthwise is automatic and does not require a separate application or approval.

I have read and agree to these Earthwise Partnership Program Terms & Conditions.

I understand that the total referral bonus is 5%, earned in two stages of 2.5%.

I understand that I may choose either to receive my earned referral bonus as monetary payment or apply it toward the qualifying tour or event if registered for one.

I understand that I cannot receive both options for the same referral bonus.
-
I agree to promote Earth Goddess Rising honestly and responsibly.
-
I understand that I am participating as an independent referral partner and not as an employee or agent of Earth Goddess Rising.
-
I understand that referral bonuses may be adjusted or reversed when a referred customer's qualifying transaction is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise becomes ineligible.
