If so, you are invited to join us for our Forest Immersion weekend Retreat inspired by the archetype of Artemis. We arrive and gather on Thursday and the event is over on Monday

Join us for 4 nights beneath the trees in the beautiful magic of the Smokey Mountains of Western North Carolina.

This 4 night retreat invites you to step away from the noise of daily life and into a circle of connection, healing, and meaningful experiences.

Highlights:

Sunrise Meditations to start each day with clarity and peace
Followed by daily movement with your choice of Yoga or Qigong to energize and align your body
Soak in natural mineral hot springs
Morning and evening circles to connect to the group and have discussions

What’s Included in Your Weekend Retreat Experience:

In addition to the weekend highlights, we offer one prepared dinner and light continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday with tea and coffee.

After registration, you’ll also receive a link to our private Facebook group where you’re welcome to connect with fellow participants. Feel free to use the group to coordinate shared lodging or simply begin building sisterhood ahead of the event!

1. Sacred Land

The Smoky Mountains are among the oldest mountain ranges in the world—estimated to be over 200-300 million years old.
The land around Hot Springs was revered by Indigenous peoples, especially the Cherokee, for its natural springs and sacred sites. The area still carries an energetic and spiritual resonance.

2. Natural Hot Mineral Springs

Hot Springs, NC is one of the few places in the Southeast with natural hot mineral springs.
The water is geothermally heated and rich in healing minerals like magnesium, calcium, and sulfate.
The town became a 19th-century health resort for people seeking relaxation and relief from ailments.

3. Healing Vortex + Biodiversity

The area around Hot Springs sits on a healing vortex, where Earth's energies are more concentrated, similar to Sedona, Arizona.
The Smokies are a UNESCO-designated International Biosphere Reserve, home to over 19,000 documented species and thousands more yet to be discovered.
The "smoke" is actually mist from plant oils, giving the mountains a mystical, ethereal appearance.

4. Cherokee Mythology & Goddess Connection

According to Cherokee legend, these mountains were protected by guardian spirits and elemental beings.

The Appalachian Trail runs directly through the town, making it one of the only towns where hikers walk through Main Street.

Κάνουμε ένα βήμα προς τα εμπρός για την επανένταξη σε ένα ασφαλές και ήρεμο περιβάλλον με ομοϊδεάτες γυναίκες. Η φύση είναι θεραπευτική και ο σκοπός αυτής της υποχώρησης είναι η θεραπεία: μυαλό, σώμα και πνεύμα ενώ εργάζεστε με τα Αρχέτυπα της Θεάς μέσω ασκήσεων.
