旅行政策：
在「大地女神覺醒」之旅中，我們深信共同的意念能激起轉化的漣漪。在這充滿不確定性與疏離感的世道裡，我們獻上神聖的禮物：真摯的連結、覺察的探索，以及唯有自然、當下與社群才能賦予的重生。
我們的環保靜修營與精品旅程，是源自對大地敬畏、文化智慧與整體福祉的靈性庇護所。我們正建立一個全球性圈子，歡迎所有渴望覺知旅行、恢復平衡、重新連結這顆共同星球之美的人們。
我們致力為所有參與者提供安全、尊重且賦權的環境。為維護聚會的完整性與初衷，請務必遵守以下社群準則：
行為準則：

尊重與友善：請以您期望獲得的同等尊重與友善對待每位參與者。任何形式的騷擾、歧視或攻擊性行為均不予容忍。若您在任何時刻感到不安或不適，請私下告知靜修活動引導員，我們將迅速且謹慎地處理相關問題。

若團體互動中出現分歧或衝突，請承諾採用非暴力溝通方式。更多資訊請點擊此處：

安全夥伴制度：為促進團體凝聚力並確保安全，我們鼓勵參與者在探索靜修場地外區域及外出時結伴同行。請告知團隊成員您的行蹤與預計返回時間。

健康體能要求：參與者須具備合理健康狀態，能參與步行或輕度健行等中等強度活動。為維護團體福祉，要求參加者無感冒、流感或其他傳染性疾病。

旅行保險：*所有國際旅行者須於出發前提交有效旅行保險證明。國內旅行者雖非強制要求，但強烈建議投保。

物質使用政策：為在靜修活動中營造神聖而澄澈的靈性成長空間，懇請您勿攜帶酒精或非法物質參與活動。若您選擇在指定餐敘或休閒時段飲酒，請秉持責任意識並顧及團體環境。

參與與在場：靜修體驗旨在共享。參與者應出席團體工作坊及活動。請懷抱開放心態、參與意願，秉持不評判、誠實及正念溝通的精神。

氣味敏感度：與他人近距離共處時，個人衛生至關重要；為尊重團體成員，請每日沐浴或沖澡並保持口氣清新。 若您有過敏或氣味敏感狀況，請於報名時主動告知，以便我們安排相應措施。若您對氣味敏感，我們將請團體成員避免使用濃烈香水或香氛身體產品。但請理解，此為環境因素所限，我們將盡力配合調整。

免責聲明：大地女神覺醒課程引導員並非醫療專業人員，不提供診斷、治療或治癒服務。進行瑜伽或登山等新體能活動前，請務必諮詢您的醫師。
退款與抵用政策：
預訂前，請務必詳閱並理解我們的取消政策。
參與者主動取消：
所有於活動預定日期前30天提出的取消申請，將全額轉為抵用額度，可用於參加同等或更高價值的其他靜修營或旅遊行程。
International Tours & Travel Packages:
基於供應商嚴格要求及住宿與交通不可退還之訂金：
取消預訂恕不退還款項。
若於行程或活動預定日期前30天內取消，我們樂意提供等值或低於該行程之未來靜修活動抵用額度。
主辦方主動取消：
若因下列罕見情況導致「大地女神崛起」活動延期或取消：
自然災害
全球健康危機
後勤運作困難
您可選擇以下方案：
全額抵用券轉移至同等或較低價值之活動（有效期24個月）
請注意：我們不承擔個人差旅費用（如機票、住宿或薪資損失），強烈建議購買全面旅遊保險。

Payment/ Cancellations PoLicy
All bookings are subject to the terms below
Retreat Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable, we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
If a participant chooses to cancel:

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a credit only, which may then be applied towards a future event of equal or lesser value

Credits are issued at the discretion of Earth Goddess Rising and are intended to support future participation within the community.

Any credits rendered to the participant is valid for up to 12 months from the issuance date.

Cancellations made less than 30 days from the scheduled event are not eligible for credit or a transfer due to (prepaid) non-recoverable supplier costs. In this case, we recommend getting Travel insurance.
International Tours & Other Travel Packages
Due to the non-refundable nature regarding
accommodations, transport, and third-party vendors:

All payments are final

If unable to attend, with a 30 day written notice, your ticket is transferable with event organizer's approval

No refunds or future credits available.
Organizer Cancellations:
if Earth Goddess Rising (EGR-INTL), must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, global disruptions, or logistical issues, participants will receive:

A full credit, provided EGR-INTL is reimbursed for pre-paid fees from the suppliers.

Credit may be used towards future events of equal or lesser value

Credits may be used within 12 months from issuance date

We are not responsible for personal travel expenses such as flights, hotels, insurance, or missed wages. We recommend Travel insurance.
